Cavity Tray Folding Instructions

Ridge Tray

  1. Fold along line 1
  2. Make folds 2 and 3 to fit the cavity
  3. Fold locating lip 4 downward

Catchment Tray

  1. Fold along line 1
  2. Make folds 2 and 3 to fit the cavity
  3. Fold locating lip 4 downward
  4. Fold stop end up along A and B
  5. Pinch along the diagonal folds C and D

Left Hand Tray

  1. Fold along line 1
  2. Make folds 2 and 3 to fit the cavity
  3. Fold locating lip 4 downward
  4. Fold stop end up along A
  5. Pinch along the diagonal folds C

Right Hand Tray

  1. Fold along line 1
  2. Make folds 2 and 3 to fit the cavity
  3. Fold locating lip 4 downward
  4. Fold stop ends up along B
  5. Pinch along the diagonal folds D

Internal Corner Tray

  1. Internal Corner Tray Code:GA/C
  2. Trays are precreased
  3. Adjustment from 50, 75 or 100mm cavity widths
  4. Incorporate mastic sealant strips/li>

External Corner Tray

  1. Internal Corner Tray Code:GAEC
  2. Trays are precreased
