I typically start my day at 07:30am and a Greggs flat white by 09:00am.

Day-to-day your role can vary; do you have any great tips on how to manage and increase your productivity?
The best tip I can give is to structure your days in advance and then stick to it! There is nothing worse than working all day and not getting anything you planned to do done.
If you could only have three apps on your smart phone, which would you pick?
The Premier League App, WhatsApp and Twitter.
What is your go to lunch when you are out on the road visiting merchants and project sites?
It has to be Greggs again – Can’t beat a roast chicken club and bacon baguette.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I really enjoy meeting with different customers every day and helping them to progress their projects whether it be with quotations, technical advice, or site visits.
What is your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
Typically, I tend to enjoy winding myself up even more with a round of golf!
What fashion trend do you regret?
Only one winner here – The deep V neck t-shirt.

Cows can walk upstairs but they can’t walk down them.

Amazon but only if I can claim the billions its worth.
