What was your first job?
Lloyds Bank contact centre night shifts. Although I did once provide summer cover in IG’s sales team whilst in school.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
Treat everyone the way you wish to be treated.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Where do I start – working in such a friendly environment, speaking to our wonderful customers, problem solving, the variety of daily tasks, there’s never a dull moment.
What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?
I’d go with supportive, knowledgeable and approachable.
What is something you’re planning on doing in the next year that you have not done before?
I’d love to visit Cambodia.
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
Anyone who can sing as I’m as tone deaf as they come.
What’s your most hated household chore?
Putting the ironing away.
Do you have any secret talents?
No secret talents that I’m aware of.
Which TV series are you currently watching and how do you rate it so far?
No spoilers. The White Lotus –slightly surreal, a number of “on no that can’t be happening” moments but very entertaining, made me laugh out loud at times.
